Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The salesman Juan agreed and knew that I was paying cashHe told me how much the Cashier's Check needed to be, and who the check was made payable toThere was never a mention of financing until after I arrived to pickup the car.The dealer changed the prearranged deal after I travel to their dealership from [redacted] to pickup the carThey wanted me to pay an additional $3,to purchase the car! Customer did not understand all the terms of the contractWe sat down with [redacted] and explained to her all the terms and she then understoodWe came to the agreement that we would cancel her gap insurance contract and refund her the money that was charged for itShe will be receiving her check by Wednesday Aug 9th
