Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The car was well cleaned off and any oil leaks on the Transmission that would have been there would not be seen until the car got driven for an extensive time, which I had to do to get back home, $1000-$quote from mechanic shop to repair leakThe bulbs on the blinkers tested fine, its the whole hazard/headlight combination switch at the steering wheel that is defective and not responding perAuto mechanics diagnosis, $180-$for repairWhen taking the car for a Safety and Emissions inspection, which I was told it would pass when texting front and back with Christopher, it failed on many issues, no telling how much its going to cost to get it to Pass for repairs, I have the Failed inspection reports as proofThe business is dishonest and tells you everything you want to hear when buying the carMany hidden issues passed down on to buyer , if known, would not have purchased the vehicle in the first place Sincerely, Denis [redacted]

Response to Case: *** Denis purchased a highly, extremely highly modified vehicleCompletely non-factory spec vehicle that was customized by a previous ownerThat includes both mechanically and cosmetically in regards to the TRUNK, HOOD, ROOF, SPOILER, WHEELS, and Side skirtsIt is
COMPLETELY CUSTOMIZED and modifiedThe car has a ridiculous amount of horsepower as wellMaybe 100-over factory spec The trunk had a leak somewhere by the modified spoilerCompletely unknown to us and most likely anyone else that ever owned this vehicleIT IS A SHOW VEHICLE WITH CUSTOM MODIFICATIONSNever meant to be driven in the rainThe tires on that vehicle are made for TRACK USE and not rain or wet conditions what so everIf this car is never driven in the rain how would we ever know about this issueWHAT DID WE OFFER: To fix this issue by buying silicone and sealing it underneath where the custom spoiler bolts into the middle of the trunk Emergency lights are a $fix, get new bulbs Emergency brake worked fine hereThe car wont be able to stand still its a manual transmission Transmission fluid is completely unknownThe car is heavily modified, was not leaking hereThe customer inspected this vehicle with a friend for about an hour looking underneath it and everywhere elseThe car went on a 5-hour road trip back to StLouis as well The customer already received $1,off sales priceThese issues above might cost $-- Exclusive Auto Exchange *** ** *** ***

The bulbs on the blinkers tested fine, its  the whole hazard/headlight combination switch at the steering wheel that is defective and not responding per. Auto mechanics diagnosis, $180-$200 for repair. When taking the car for a Safety and Emissions inspection, which I was told it would pass when texting front and back with Christopher, it failed on many issues, no telling how much its going to cost to get it to Pass for repairs, I have the Failed inspection reports as proof. The business is dishonest and tells you everything you want to hear when buying the car. Many hidden issues passed down on to buyer , if known, would not have purchased the vehicle in the first place.
