The company violated the federal Do Not Call Registry laws and should be fined. They were extremely rude to me on the phone when they called me and admitted to me that they often make calls to numbers on the Do Not Call list when I contacted them. My number was put back on the Do Not Call List in October so my number should not have been on the list given they said they update their lists every months. I am not satisfied the company has been reprimanded sufficiently. I would be satisfied if they had been fined as they should be for breaking the law
All the company did was remove my number from a list it should not have been on in the first place. They did not admit any wrong doing nor were they fined
