I am rejecting this response because: Prior to walking into the dealership I had a car loan for 21kthe whole reasoning behind this decision to buy a car from AMG was to REDUCE my loan amount and settle for a simpler vehicle under $15,That is why my good friend referred me to these guys neither of us knowing the truth to their shady operation and super low prices compared to their competitorsWe both clearly remember the selling price and the whole purpose of our being thereThe vehicle price was 14,as the owner agreed to a last final out the door price of 14,They asked me to return my previous car to *** and pay it the remainder amount associated to *** according to their appraisal which I didSo explain to me how this loan amount exceeds 19,When speaking to a salesman at a local dealership says the nature of the transaction and how I was treated by AMG was not proper I was shown the car fax but NOT the page with the accident reportI was given the price but ends up months later never reflected the actual proper amountMy friend who also purchased a vehicle from AMG has yet come to realize the same that he was never given the actual detail and accident report for the car he had purchased from themDoing some further homework realizing most cars from AMG are either salvaged or has some kind of accident historyMany low mileage damaged vehicles that sell as is at auction under orange or red light circumstances knowing some vehicles have major faults and or issuesCan they please explain the breakdown of this transaction that had my friend and I blinded

From: Date: Fri, Mar 3, at 10:AMSubject: More infoTo: "[email protected]" I submitted a claim on a business on 2/10/2017, assigned id ***I would like to add on to my complaint as more stuff has happened. The car was missing the lug nut
key, so when we took it to Discount Tire, they had to break the lug nuts off and put new ones on that did not require a keyThe car is at the *** dealership today and was told how much the sd card would be plus programmingDealer also told us the front brakes need replacing as its down to metal*** told us the BMS doesn’t work because the car was in an accident which Maurice did not tell usThe car smelled of smoke which we specifically asked Maurice if it had been smoked inSince it was a lease, it shouldn’t have been smoke inNot the case when we received the carOnly one key came with the vehicle, we asked Maurice and he said “that was the only key the car came with.” A week ago, we got an envelope with the other keyOdd, that they found it? No, apology or anything was included with the keyIt wasn’t even certified mail! The license plate bolt was broken in the carWe had to buy a special tool to get the broken bolt out of the car. Please, please, please do not let this dealership get away with this. Total spent = $3460Tires- $920Alignment-$50SD card and programing-$300Floor mats-$110Front brakes- $620BMS- $1400Tool- $

You should fix your credit then, before looking to buy a vehicle if you demand better ratesAs I said before you can come pick up your key any time or have someone else pick it up for youWe are not going to mail it for you because it might get lost and we don't want to have any issues with you any more

We do not promise extra keys for the vehicle we sell, we normally send you an extra key if the vehicle had one, when we send the tags and registrationIf you have an email of my sale associate promising an extra key we would order you one. Please attach the email and I'll order you a new
key. Thanks

Why would you wait for months to
know the difference on the price?, we have the bill of sale and you sign times where the price of the vehicle is listed also we have a copy of the price of the vehicle listed online and is higher than the price you bought it. we disclose all the accidents and damage to the vehicle you also sign the document that it said that

AMG needs to shut downThe salesperson Maurice S*** who helped me purchase a vehicle had lied about the damage to the vehicle I purchased was less than $500, that's why it was not reportedThe big mistake I made, after finding out that the AC was blowing hot air and the headlight had water in it, I completed all paperwork and paid for the car in fullI don't want anyone else be fooled by AMG and its employeesAlmost every car they sell out of their lot got into some kind of accident they won't discloseDO NOT BUY YOUR NEXT CAR AT AMG Motors in Dumfries, VA

Customer bought the vehicle in march and thinks that the vehicle was sold at a different price after owning the vehicle for more than monthsCustomer was aware of the accident on the vehicle we provide him with a copy of the history report before purchase

In February 2016 I purchased a 2014 Audi A4 Quattro from AMG Motors in Dumfries, VA.. I was told during the purchase that the car had been in a minor accident prior to the purchase, however everything had been repaired.
I recently have taken the vehicle into a shop for some front end work. Upon examination of the Audi by the shop, it revealed that there was major damage to the front end as a result of the accident cited in the previous paragraph.
Furthermore, the repairs applied to the vehicle were done to disguise the damage, not fix it. The Audi now requires 2,000 dollars worth of repairs.
I was told by the shop providing the repairs had I gotten into a head on collision with the existing damage it could have caused severe damage to myself or any passenger within the car.
After some research I have identified that AMG motors is known for selling damaged vehicles.

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I have previously filed a complaint ( ID [redacted]) Previous complaint: I purchased a vehicle from AMG motors and at the time of sale was told that I needed to take the car and get an emissions report within 2 weeks, and upon receipt of that report AMG would send to me the tags, registration, and second set of keys for the vehicle. (Note: I was told via email that the car did have 2 sets of keys...I asked that specific question.) I submitted the report within 4 days and have received the tags and registration (after numerous emails and a phone message inquiring about them). But, I have not received the 2nd set of keys. I have requested the keys on 3 separate occasions with no response. AMG motors responded "If you have an email of my sale associate promising an extra key we would order you one. Please attach the email and I'll order you a new key." Which I did. And I have not heard anything from them since (I accepted the resolution contingent on them providing me with the key).

AMG Motors has send the mirror to the customer long time ago, looks like it got lost on the mail. We will be able to reimburse the customer $100.00 for him to get his own mirror. Thanks

We were perilously close to closing a deal on a car that I thought was "too good to be true." Our daughter researched this dealer finding that they received an "F" rating from the Revdex.com. While negotiating the car they were never able to produce the C[redacted] (clue #1). I found while inspecting the car that the rear bumper was ever so slightly mismatched to the body. The salesperson assured me that this was the result of a small fender bender that a ** dealership repaired for less than $500.00. Ultimately we paid for autocheck and found that they bought this car at auction knowing that there was FRAME damage. I would recommend that any customer considering purchase from this dealership BEWARE and research the car diligently before purchase.

AMG Motors has talk to the customer and fix the problem with the vehicle.

What started out to be a great experience turned into a nightmare. Purchased a vehicle on June 26 and still dealing with the company today on issues concerning them and it's almost September. Been going back and forth about something they promised to fix and they didn't follow through. They told me it was a bulb and then they said it was a module that needed to be replaced. Instead of going back and forth to dumfries I asked if they can send a check for my guy to fix the issue, they did! Only to find out the problem wasn't what they said so my guy refused to do the work. Told my guy at the dealer he said ok well we will try our best to help you out. NO HELP WAS GIVEN. I had to come out of pocket with over 2 grand to get the entire headlight fixed. The only reason why the car was purchased was because of their promise to fix the problem. I have yet to receive a title for my vehicle, which is causing more problems on my end. Only to call them and find out on 8/27/16 that the MVA has my title and won't be mailed to me. After waiting a week to receive it! Once I get to the MVA on 9/2/16 I was notified that my title was good to go but my tags were never transferred from my previous car, so I had to come out of pocket once again to pay for tags; that should of been apart of my deal. I would call several times, just to be ignored 95% of the time and given the run around. So glad I'm apart of the Revdex.com with my businesses. I have always had my concerns with side dealerships and here is why, the prices are great but they aren't worth it. Go with C[redacted] they are well worth the price! No hassle and No gimmicks. My first time stepping away from C[redacted] and I'll never do it again!

I am rejecting this response because: i just ourchased a home 5 months ago. In addition, I have too clearance which also monitors my credit. Ryan is aware of the errors on my report as well as the drop in score because of new mortgage. All open accounts are paid on time and current. I will not argue with a dishonest business establishment because frankly , I don't have to. My salary and fair score is enough to receive financing as I'm financed through [redacted] currently. He is correct, after the police report was taken they did refund my 1000.00. Because of this hostile experience, I'd like my key and registration both mailed to me. Their yelp rating online speaks volumes and I don't need to say anything further.

AMG motors inc did not try to make her agree to any terms, she came and bought the vehicle saying she has her own financing, because of her bad credit history she couldn't get the loan. We offer her an alternative with one of our lenders and she didn't like the terms. We told her that we going to...

get her car back and refund her money. We already refund her deposit and she can come pick up her key any time. Maybe if she pay her bills on time and have a good credit history she can be demanding on what kind a rate she gets, banks give you rate based on your credit.
