I submitted the report within days and have received the tags and registration (after numerous emails and a phone message inquiring about them)But, I have not received the 2nd set of keysI have requested the keys on separate occasions with no responseAMG motors responded "If you have an email of my sale associate promising an extra key we would order you onePlease attach the email and I'll order you a new key." Which I didAnd I have not heard anything from them since (I accepted the resolution contingent on them providing me with the key) Regards, [redacted]
Absolutely HORRIBLE place, STAY AWAY! I bought a car here out of ignorance and not much knowledge of vehicle repair and they took complete advantage of meThey lied to my face and showed me "carfax" that didn't reflect the true history of the carThey said it had a minor accident with less than $worth of damage and wasn't even reportedTurns out the car had been in accidents, and was completely WRECKED with frame damageI immediately noticed after buying that it had issues, including where they tried to cover up an oil leak, and I brought it back the next dayThey refused to take it back (and fine, it's my fault for being an it and buying it I guess) and when they offered to "fix it", I dont know what they did about the airbag light, because my wife was in an accident where the airbags DID NOT deploy after a front impact! This car, this dealership and the people who work in it are WORTHLESS
AMG Motors has send the mirror to the customer long time ago, looks like it got lost on the mailWe will be able to reimburse the customer $for him to get his own mirror.Thanks
My title clerk doesn't not work on weekends, after he talk to the customer on October 18, he mail your tags the same day priority mail next day with signature required, this is the tracking # [redacted] Postal office left you a notice on your door on October 12:36pm attempting to deliver your tagsIs customer responsibility to pick up you tags from us when you buy the vehicle, as a courtesy we mail your tags on time, and its not our problem you did not pick up your tags from postal office
In February I purchased a Audi AQuattro from AMG Motors in Dumfries, VA I was told during the purchase that the car had been in a minor accident prior to the purchase, however everything had been repairedI recently have taken the vehicle into a shop for some front end work Upon examination of the Audi by the shop, it revealed that there was major damage to the front end as a result of the accident cited in the previous paragraphFurthermore, the repairs applied to the vehicle were done to disguise the damage, not fix it The Audi now requires 2,dollars worth of repairsI was told by the shop providing the repairs had I gotten into a head on collision with the existing damage it could have caused severe damage to myself or any passenger within the carAfter some research I have identified that AMG motors is known for selling damaged vehicleshttp://www.cars.com/dealers/107176/amg-motors-inc/reviews/

We were perilously close to closing a deal on a car that I thought was "too good to be true." Our daughter researched this dealer finding that they received an "F" rating from the Revdex.com While negotiating the car they were never able to produce the C [redacted] (clue #1) I found while inspecting the car that the rear bumper was ever so slightly mismatched to the body The salesperson assured me that this was the result of a small fender bender that a [redacted] dealership repaired for less than $ Ultimately we paid for autocheck and found that they bought this car at auction knowing that there was FRAME damage I would recommend that any customer considering purchase from this dealership BEWARE and research the car diligently before purchase
