Review: I am writing to you on behalf of my parents- they purchased a [redacted] Generator on November 4, 2012 from AMG POWER - [redacted], owner. He has continued to give my parents the run around- now he will not answer his phone at all - continues to go to voice mail - [redacted].I have sent an incident report to [redacted] - with no response as of yet.My parents also paid this guy $4900.00 with a check and it has been cashed - actually cashed the next day. Review: I [redacted] wrote a check of $3900.00 out to [redacted] for a 10kw air cooled generator on 11-04-2012 and was told that I would received it with in two weeks and of course nothing.[redacted] said due to the storms we've had everything was on back order and this went on until 02-15-2013 when I received an txt message from [redacted] stating that he had good news so I [redacted] talk to [redacted] on 02-15-2013 and was told that the company [redacted] is going to cancel my order and refund all of my $3900.00 back into his account he would bring me $3900.00 over to my house on the 25th of February .Have not heard anything from [redacted] since then so now I am talking to a supervisor from generac name [redacted] .SO HELP MEDesired Settlement: I MILLARD COLE JUST WANT MY $3900.00 BACK AND WHAT EVERY YOU THINK I [redacted] SHOULD GET .THANKS
