Review: I was having trouble making my mortgage payment last July when [redacted] cancelled the ability of their customers to m biweekly payments. AMG contacted me and told me that they and [redacted] could help. I was desperate so I agreed. They asked me to make 3 payments of $977. I told them that I could not make those payments and mortgage. I was then advised that I didn't need to make any more payments to [redacted] because part of the process was a cease and dissed letter that would stop any and all attempts by [redacted] in being able to foreclose on my house. I am now facing foreclosure as well as divorce if the foreclosure goes though! All because I did what I was told by AMG and [redacted]ake !Desired Settlement: They need to figure out how to prevent the foreclosure they caused from happening! Even if that means the purchase the loan and I make payments to them.
