I signed up for a paid focus group that was supposed to be paid with a $120 visa gift card. When I finished the focus group, I received a gift card for a restaurant. I was then told that the visa gift card would be emailed. That didn't happen either.
This compliant has already been resolved. We feel this is unnecessary harassment. Mr. took part in a focus group at The Southern Tier Brewing. Originally, we had offered a $120 Visa Gift Card, but our client requested a gift card to their establishment instead. This change was on the qualifying screener that participants filled out (enclosed). After Mr. complained about the change, we offered to mail a $120 Visa Gift Card to him. He declined, stating that it would take too long. We then offered him a $120 Amazon Gift Card that would be emailed immediately and available within an hour. He accepted this resolution. Enclosed is the receipt and his acceptance.
This complaint to the Revdex.com is totally unnecessary and is just another form of harassment in addition to his nasty emails and Facebook postings. He was also very abusive on the phone.We did everything we could to resolve this matter quickly and professionally. Mr. has now received a $120 gift card from the Southern Tier Brewing and a $120 Amazon gift card.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I did not harass them one bit .I just stated that it did say a Visa gift card and they swore up and down that I was not reading the correct thing. I feel they misled people that way .As it's cheaper for everyone to give a gift card to a restaurant or var Rather than a Visa card.
