The business has stated that they have done everything possible to resolve this issue for the customer, including paying off the car loan and taking the car back.

Review: I brought a car from Amherst car & truck sales back in October of 2014 within the first month of having the car I had issues with fumes coming into the car told them about the problem within three days I got the car back from them saying it was fixed two weeks later and to put the car back in the shop for the same issue within a day I got my car back saying it was fixed same issue was still going on but not as strong in the month of march 2015 I had another issue with the car wasn't going over 25 called and they have me a loaner car for the time that my car was broke down in the month of may 2015 I had to replace the reservoir tank and put breaks on the car in the end of the month of July 2015 I called and spoke to John about the issue that was going on with my car which was on a Sunday Aug the first 2015 my car had to be towed John explain to me that he did not have a loaner car so from that Sunday until that Friday I was with out vehicle so John called me Friday saying my car was ready went to the mechanic ask what the issue was with the car he said all he did was drive it down the street that no one was paying him anything to check the car so I drove the car home car still was acting up so the next day I went up to Amherst car sales with the car spoke with john about how the car wasn't fixed so he asked when did the warranty expire and it was a 1 year warranty which did expire until October 2015 they so called fix the transmission got the car that Wednesday evening by that Friday car would not start called John explain the issue car was towed but I received no loaner car two weeks went past I spoke with John he said that he didn't want to put any more money into the car and it wasn't worth fixing and value the warranty.Desired Settlement: I would ether like some type of refund or a car that is worth the 3,000 that I have payed them already I just feel for something that I was paying on ever month for John to say well the car isnt worth it and also im not going to do anything to fix the situation
