The reason I rejected Amherst Limousine is that everything in there responce was a total lieFirst it wasn't even a chip it was a large crack that my fiancé and I noticed firstThe Driver didn't even say anything till I brought it to his attention and by the time he got there we had to take off for the ceremonyWe arrived to the ceremony a few minutes late and we had to rush the ceremony due to other wedding parties that were waiting for the same location (Glenn Falls)When the ceremony was completed and we had to wait an extra minutes for the limousine driver to pick up the wedding party for the receptionIt was like he disappearedWe thought he went back to get us a new vehicle but no he arrived in the same rag tag limousine we started withWe paid over $for a service that wasn't promised to usIt wasn't even the same limousine my wife looked at in the first placeIf they called us ahead of time to tell us the situation we could have arranged for a different limousine perhaps or I could have driven my own SUV that could have fit the entire wedding partyThere was zero communication from the companyI didn't call till Tuesday since it was a holiday weekend and when I talked to the owner he knew about the crack in the windshield and he called it a chip that you couldn't even noticeBasically it went across the windshield and which people noticed and commented onThe wedding party looked great but the limousine and driver looked like garbage and we were one of the last people to arrive at our own reception It's not even about the money anymore it is about the lack of service we were provided!!!!!!
