Dear [redacted] : Please see attached email received from PA Department of Revenue, Board of Appeals dated November 16, this correspondence illustrates the fact that this case was filed promptly on November 1, and has since been assigned to an appeals officer, namely Jeffrey Ananea It is my past experience in dealing with similar matters that this process can in fact take well up to months (as noted in the body of attached email from the PA Department of Revenue) That being said, it is in the Spirit of the Christmas Season that I would like to make a "good will" gesture to Ms*** Because of the timely resolution in this matter, I am offering to cut a check for the $and present it to her at my office in Stroudsburg until December (as I will be out of town for the upcoming holidays) as an apology and to make amends on any and all ill feelings towards myself and by business I make it a habit to ensure that any and all of my customers have a positive experience at my dealership and always stand by my wordI do hope Ms [redacted] will take me up onthis opportunity for a fair and just resolution to this matter

Our prior client ([redacted]) under contract #17208 terminated account on 10/10/2016 further, Ms. [redacted] received a refund of $1,000.00. On 10/25/2016 our internal Dealer Management system reported contract as deleted. See attached that should be accurate as of Novembers' credit...
