In no way did I tell the receptionist to check/exam my dog or give a shot Dr B [redacted] response to me, was we don't get permission on stuff that isn't major Well i'm not paying for any services I did not authorizeThis is Dr B [redacted] way of taking advantage of people He did not listen to my concern and he should be held liable I want him to refund my money paid for services I did NOT authorize My dog was NOT, chewing, she is an inside dog and is not around other dogs at allWhen I picked her up, she wasn't chewing, she wasn't chewing beforehand either No way should I be charged an exam or a shot Nobody spoke with me regarding those services I called that morning and told receptionist Debra, I wanted a bath, nails done and anal glands That's it.Refund my money for the services I did authorize because i'm not coming back.Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, [redacted]

To Whom it may concern,We just received a letter (dated September 22, 2016) from the Revdex.com and a complaint by a client [redacted] was brought to our facility on August 22, for a bath and specifically told one of our receptionists (Debra) to have the veterinarian check her left front paw because "she was constantly chewing it" DrG [redacted] examined the dog and felt that the cause of the problem was probably a contact irritant or allergy He came to this conclusion by eliminating a multitude of other potential causes She received an injection to relieve the discomfort that the dog was manifesting. On September 14, 2016, Ms [redacted] called and expressed her dissatisfaction that the dog received an examination and an injection to treat the problem that had prompted her to seek veterinary intervention The foot was back to but she had just starting coughing on September 13, Another veterinarian apparently told her that the could was contracted at our facilityThis could be possible but there are many ways that dogs can contract a respiratory problem Infectious causes are common, but the traditional incubation period is 7-after exposure She had been at our facility days prior to the onset of coughing.I feel upset that Ms [redacted] is upset but we did was was requested to be done.Sincerely,DrSamuel B***
