I hired Mr *** in march of for a EDD issue I had with my companyHe indicated that he could submit the paperwork to dispute the charges and have them reducedHe then took a retainer of $to get startedHe continued to ignore my phone calls and emails for a year and a halfWhen I did contact him he said that he was waiting on a call back from EDD and these cases take timeAfter waiting for a year and a half and having the charges taken out of my account putting me in a financial bindI reached out to EDD and spoke to a representative he said that he could not find any paperwork filled from his officeI asked what I needed to do to resolve this issue and he helped me file the one page document and I received a check six weeks laterI am moving forward in filling complaints with the IRS and any government agencies he reports to
