Review: I placed an order with this company on October *, 2014 (today is February *, 2015). They promptly charged my credit card for their payment. I have so far received no products! I have contacted them numerous times, once around Christmas I was assured they would look into it after the holidays, yet still no products. I attempted to email and phone them last week and told them to ship it or refund my money and so far have received no responses. I think four months is long enough to wait for any order to be fulfilled, don't you?Desired Settlement: I would like for my order to be delivered or I would like my money to be refunded and no more waiting around!!!!

Review: I had placed an order and subsequently cancelled the entire order very soon after. I was still charged and shipped the order, it took several phone calls to finally get a return label from the company. The items were returned. We never received a credit to our credit card. After many, many phone calls, I was promised we would receive a credit to our card. We were actually charged again, not credited. I have tried repeatedly to be in touch with the company over many weeks, and have never received a phone call.Desired Settlement: The charge for the initial cancelled order was $261.23. As we have now been charged twice, we are due $522.46
