Amica Capital Funding

Review: I applied for a loan online, and once I submitted all information, I was asked to give a security deposit. I made the security deposit. When the loan was to be deposited in my account, they sent an email requiring additional funds for insurance. I again paid the funds for the insurance, and was assured and have paperwork stating this is the last requirement. After the funds were paid, again I received another email stating that they needed additional payment.I refused and requested a refund. I was told by [redacted] that my refund was processed, yet I have not received my money back as of today. I have a legal contract signed with the new york seal on it, yet Amica has failed to provide the service offered, and paid for or refund my money. In my opinion, they are theives. They offer a service, and are paid for there service, yet once they receive your money, they find another reason to request more, or additional requirements are placed which prevent them from doing what they claim to do. After speaking with the company, I was told that everything I have, ie emails, contracts, etc are all binding, yet they have not come through with my loan.Desired Settlement: I requested a refund with the company and was told this was processed on July *, 2014. I have yet to receive my money back, and I am close enough that the USPS only takes 2 days to get from New York to Pennsylvania.I want my money back. They received a security of $646.00 and an additional $741.00 for insurance. I also have documentation from the loan agent that Amica will refund my transfer fees, which I have proof of as well, totaling $124.00. I expect a refund of $1511.00 to be issued to me

Review: The company wanted $600 for me to put down a security deposit for a personal loan. And so I paid the money and then they wanted another $500 for an insurance policy and I told them I don't have the money and I wanted my security deposit refunded back to me and they told me it will be here in 3 business days. I have been calling the company's phone non stop for the past 2 days and I have not received 1 answer or a call back. I have also sent out emails and I haven't gotten a reply yet. They told me I have to pay my security deposit through western union. I believe I have been a victim of a fraud.Desired Settlement: $600 refunded back to me in form of a check or direct deposit into my checking account
