complaint where we could have offered better service with a more expedient and comparable resolution. I have reached out to **. [redacted] and resolved this issue by offering to make the needed correction on her Medical ID and have it mailed out with expedited delivery at no additional charge to her. This offer was made because as a company it is our vision that everyone has an emergency ID to empower people to retain personal independence and continue to engage life to the fullest with confidence and piece of mind. Though **. [redacted] had challenges, the need for the medical ID still remains. **. [redacted] refused the offer and insisted on receiving a refund for her full amount of $53.99. I have agreed to give her a full refund. We are unable to refund her monies through the avenue of payment because the time frame to refund through Pay Pall has expired. American Medical ID will refund $53.99 via check. I would hope in the near future **. [redacted] will give American Medical ID the opportunity to service her.
