Tell us why here
The vehicle that she purchased on September 12, a new Chevrolet Silverado did not qualify for 2% rate. We switched her to a new Chevrolet Silverado with a rate of 1% and gave her an additional discount of $and her payment decreased by $55.40. We
also gave her running boards, bed liner and full window tint at no chargeThe rate on the Chevrolet Silverado would have been 8.9% and the payment was too high

Suspension and Front End, install parts on front end.  The alignment was completed and all adjustments were completed within Manufacturers vehicle specifications.  We have an alignment spec printout to confirm information.  The Advisor at Amigo explained to the husband that they would need new tires because of wear issues including cupping on the inner edge resulting from driving the vehicle while it was out of alignment and needing front end repair.  This was also noted on the customers invoice copy which was provided to the customer.  After leaving the Dealership, the customer did call back  caused by.  After leaving the Dealership the customer stated the vehicle was shaking and steering wheel was not aligned.  The vehicle was brought back to the dealership on 3/17/17, we checked the alignment and verified it is still within specs.  Again we advised the customer that their tires needed to be replaced due to cupping issues caused by wear prior to repair and alignment.  The manufacturer specified tires and sizes were provided to the customer, and there was no charge to the customer for the second alignment check. Amigo will contact the customer to schedule our tow truck to pick up the vehicle and bring it in a 3rd time, we will check the alignment, and we will check the tires again.  However, if there is not an issue with the alignment and the tires have wear issues, the customer will be responsible for the tow bill.  Amigo will not be responsible for any existing damage to the shocks or suspension, front end, or any other parts.  If the customer chooses to have the work inspected by another Certified Dealership, they will be responsible for the fees related to that inspection. If you have any further questions, or need any additional information please feel free to contact me.  Thank you for your time, and for allowing us the time to respond to the claim.     Dustin V[redacted]Service ManagerAmigo AutomotiveDirect  ###-###-####Fax  ###-###-####
