Contacted the complainant today and offered my apologies for not letting her know I was going to be out of the country for daysShe may may have contacted me during that timeMy wife and I went on a cruise and even though I purchased internet service, the signal did not always work and when it worked it was very weakPlease note that the complainant does not have concerns about the quality of service but the fact that she was concerned I had not returned her callI have now contacted her and got some further instructions on completing the project (like selecting the songs she wants on the video) I have no doubt that the complainant will be pleased with the photos and video and look forward to giving them to her and her husbandI really enjoyed shooting their beautiful wedding
