In Reguards to *** *** It was unfortunate that this deal fell throughBut here is our side *** Came to Amigos Auto Sales on 03/12/looking for a work truck we just got in a Chevy Silverado and would be ready on Monday March it needed to go through serviceOn March
*** and his Boss *** *** was in a hurry to take the truck they said he has to have a work truck the asking price was the finance company was asking for for the down payment also *** would be resonsble for carring full coverage insurance*** was short on the down payment and didnt have money for the insurance *** had of the down payment also to start his insurance policy he needed Amigos Auto Sales let *** barrrow to get insurance to take the truck off the lot on 03/15/Amigos Auto Sales Had him sign agreement that he will still owe us for the down payment and for his insurance We explained that he needed to bring in Pay stubbs, Copy of bank statements , proof of address and gave him a schule of the payments dates which was 03/26/16 04/02/04/09/04/16/We tried to contact *** Many time and he never returned calls or text mgs finally he came in and didnt have the paper work we needed but was complaining of a leak in the tranmission we asked him to leave it and we would get it fixed we kept the chevy the whole day and got it fixedWe explained that he needed to contact the finance company and toa customer interview he refused over and over again after about a week he called and completed the interview but we was still short the bank statements and now the finance company also requesting cancelled checks. Well 03/26/came and gone and he still hadnt came with the papers we had been requesting and his 1st payment was due and as it states after three days late there will be a laste fee and after that *** agreed to and signedWe explanied that if he didnt follow through the finace company would return the deal and he would be out his down payment as it shows on the document that he signed there is no refundsHe said that he understood and was busy and couldnt speak but would be in and make payment and the Idems that we requestedOn April His Boss came in said that they had fired *** and that he gave them they truck The company that he was working for from what I understand gave him money for the full down payment and insurance that he failed to pay his boss was very understanding and brought in the truckOut the the that he gave us we subtracted for the insurance and the balance of was milege and the use of the truck from 03/15/- 04/04/a total of 21days*** came in to the dealership on 04/04/requesting his down payment since he was fired and needed to get back home AZ I explained everything that is in this letter he once again stated he understood said thank you and left
