Amigo's Auto Sales

On 8/1/2014 I financed a vehical through Amigos Auto Sales with a drive train warrenty. On 8/2/2014 I returned to Amigos and told them their were no tail lights, and the transmission was slipping and triple shifting. They kept the car all day. When I returned to pick it up they said they had fix the problem. A few days later I noticed the problem with the transmission was not fix. So since I had a warrenty I figured I'd bring it to a transmission shop myself.they told me the transmission was going out. Told them about the warrenty and they said they would call the warrenty com. tomnarrow to see what it covers. come to find out it was a pre existing problem with the car and they would not cover it.I went back to Amigos told them what was said. And asked if I could exchanged the car for another one they told me no..
