I ordered a power adapter that I needed to return (my other one got fixed) After following the return instructions on the Amiline website here was my experience - The first (3) emails sent to the address on their site got returned with an error saying there was no mailbox - The "chat off line" email option also did not work....got returned - The "chat live" option was never available - No 800# and the number they do have is somewhere internationalAfter digging it seems this company operates out of Pomona, CA No idea why there would be no US phone # - I finally got an email response on my fourth attempt The subsequent string of responses came from two different id's...neither of which were Amiline One was Acctronicsusa and the other one was Adept Shop - The emails were poorly worded and unprofesstional The person/people did not speak proper English It very clearly was not coming from a company with a clear and tested return policy as their site indicates - Despite providing all they asked for they wanted MY address to check in THEIR system WHAT? - After (4) email exchanges and (3) days I was finally given an RMA# but denied the link to the prepaid return label that their return policy states they provide Shipping is on me afterall - Their site repeatedly states that 100% satisfaction is what they are about - I will never use this company again nor will I recommend themI question whether they are even legitimate - BEWARE!!!
