Mr*** did order a barstool on April 7, and was quoted for the barstool to arrive in JuneMr*** had emailed me towards the end
of May and the barstool was still on track for a mid June arrivalWhen Mr*** emailed me for the status update in June, we were notified by the manufacturer that the barstool covering was on backorder and the stool would not be ready until late AugustI called twice for Mr*** but did not hear backAfter speaking with my associate, I was able to connect with Mr*** to give him the updateWe both agreed that future communication was best done via emailMr*** was also given the option of cancelling the order should he not want to wait until August for it to arrive, but that option was not exercisedI told him I would keep an eye on the progress of it, and we would connect in early Augustweek later a Revdex.com complaint was filed for unknown reasonsI have confirmed the late August arrival in writing for Mr*** via email per his request, and have still given him the opportunity to cancel the order should he decide not to wait for the item to arriveWe are staying in communication with him on the August arrival, and are still willing to stand behind our offer of voiding the sale if he would likeSince our last conversation, Mr*** has not expressed any concern regarding the time frame of late August or the communications regarding that arrivalOur only goal is to make Mr*** happy, so we are willing to do what is necessary for that to happen
