If you review the customer bill you will see the customer used the service every day of his trip (even the first day when the problem was discovered)We credited the customer for that day of serviceThe customer paid out of pocket to replace the phone, we reimbursed that expense in fullthe customer was then given an additional courtesy credit for his timeThe customer had been told that a PREVIOUSLY purchased, (not relating to the phone) adapter would be reimbursed when it was thought the issue the user was having was that of the converterWhen it was determined it was not the adapter, we instead reimbursed the user for the replacement phone he purchasedWe recognize having any issue with phone rented from us causes some amount of disruption, however at no time was the customer ignored or no responded toWe handled each issue raised and believe we fairly credited the customer for any cost he incurred as a result of technical trouble, credited a day of service (in spite of the phone being used that day) and additional credit for trouble
