I had a house from AmirHouses years agoHe gave me a chance that no one else did, everyone else refused to give me a chance because of all the complicated background checks they do The house I got was really nice, he had ones that are move in ready and others that need workBut you get what you pay for eventually! I'm very happy with AmirHouses I pay on time and I never had a single problem in the past yearsI highly recommend AmirHouses only for serious people who are not looking for a free ride!

Amir is a nice guy at first, but after he takes your money it's a way different personFirst I wanna say that we rented a house from Amir and when I first seen the property in person the house was very dirty and had a very foul smell to itIf it wasn't for us reloctIng from a different state and had no choice but to stay in this house we would have changed our mindsWe gave him almost $dollars to pay for the first month last month and security of $per month but we also paid a few months of rent in advance again because we were relocating and had no jobs or knowledge of Lakeland FloridaWe also did not have any friends or family to stay with in the mean time of looking for a placeSo anyway when we got here almost hour drive he was very rude to me because he said he doesn't deal with the wife only the husband! I thought that was very rude, but like I said my fiancé already had paid him the money for the house when he came down the previous month to get us a homeSo yes we were pretty much stuck in this horrible situation but couldn't do much at the time about itAs we arrived at our rental home it was a nice home but needed lots of TLC, I have pictures of all the things that was wrong and all the things that needed to be replacedFrom wires hanging out the wall outlets to the back sliding door being locked with a piece of wood the house also needed base boards in the bathroom and closets which we installed with the extra wood he had in the garageWhen I mentioned to Amir the house smelled bad he was very cocky about me not being able to afford anything better! The night we arrived in Lakeland we went to Walmart and bombed the house for any roaches or anything else that might have been in thereWhen we returned the next morning the house was filled with huge palmetto bugs and many many roaches of all sizes! It was so disgusting to have to clean all that up, I was sick to my stomach! Oh and on entering the house I had commented that I liked the front landscaping and he very rudely said "yes let's keep it that way" not to mention it needed a lot of cleaning up because it was very out grown! Which I did do myself! The backyard area where the pool was had dog feces and the screen to the pool was covered on the outside with lots of rubbish and over grown bushes! Trash was also in the backyard and front yard plus there was a sofa and lots of other *** left in the dirty filthy garage! Ok so this was just the beginning of this horrible experience with Amir houses.comAfter living there for about months we started having a leak in the master bedroom and we reported it right away to this ***, he never came to check the leak and we had waited for almost two monthsWe had to move all of our bedroom furniture out into the living room because the smell of the mold in the master bedroom was getting me sick, mind you I was months pregnant, and he didn't fix or come to see what the problem was or anything!!!! The only way we could get him to come and get this fixed was by getting a certified letter from the post office that we were moving due to him not fixing this leak! Then he came the next day after recieving the certified letter to see what the problem was and he came to realize that the water heater was the main problemThe water heater was very old and just brokeSo he needed to replace it, so if he had checked it a long time ago it would of saved us all this hassle! Not only did we give him lots of money for a house that needed a lot of work but he was he was very rude, irresponsible, inconsiderate, greedy and careless about his tenants! Then to top it all off he kept out security deposit and last months rent ( total of $2600) because while we were living in this state of disgust we were also paying $rent!!! This was such a horrible experience and he bragged about being a millionaire but he couldn't fix our $water heater!?? That's just ridiculous! I can't stand him for what he put me and our family through and keeping our money after we fixed his house cleaned all the roaches, and paid for things like paint and the yard to be cleaned out from all the overgrown rubbish it had back there! We did a lot for us to live comfortable plus to make the house look and smell goodIt took us almost months to get the house up to par and make it look presentableHe did reimburse us for the outlet covers and toilet seats and a few other little things that we had done but that was only like $I think for the rent he was asking for all this should have been done and the house should of been perfect and in good living condition! I would never recommend amirhouses.com to anyone!! He is a con artist and slumlord, and a very selfish greedy man!

had to write about how happy I am that I found Amir and [redacted]. I needed a house for my family and I and I did not want to rent again. I was ready to settle down and own a home. Unfortunately, banks were no help. I couldn't believe how helpful Amir was in setting up the Lease Option for my dream home! He was so understanding and went the extra mile in helping me get this home. I can not tell you what a difference I feel driving up in the driveway of my house. My family and I thank you Amir!

I'm very happy with AmirHouses I pay on time and I never had a single problem in the past 5 years. I highly recommend AmirHouses only for serious people who are not looking for a free ride!
