DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH OASIS NEWSFEATURES/AMISH 365/KEVIN W***An order placed in February, ,was not received until July 26, And that was only after several emails (each with zero response) and a couple of messages placed on his *** page to get his attentionUpon receipt of the books that were ordered in February, there was actually POSTAGE DUE on the package!!! This guy is a piece of work and should not be in the business of selling booksCustomer service is horrendousEfficiency is terribly lackingAnd good business sense doesn't existBUYER BEWARE...this company may be under the guides of innocent Amish stories, but this is NOT someone to be dealing with.

In the summer of 2012, I ordered a set of cook books from *** *** of the Oasis News Features I have written many emails to him & I only receive promises I am still waiting for either a refund of approximately $or the cookbooks I do not recommend purchasing any items from this man A very dissatisfied customer

This customer has been issued a full refund and the complaint is now resolved

This complaint has been resolved. Customer somehow missed email that alerted her books were scheduled for shipping January 6. Didn't want to have an unresolved complaint hanging out a day longer, so order was cancelled and refund issued, this issue is now closed - [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I do appreciate his refunding [redacted], but both he and I know that he did not send me a note concerning the January 6 delivery. I'm very sorry I did not do more research before I took him at his word, but I am grateful that I did not send him money when he was asking for donations to keep his site up and running better. I'm glad I waited until I saw if I was going to get the product I'd ordered first. I no longer trust this gentleman or his company.

This is to let you know we have finally received the book we had ordered from Kevin Williams from Oasis Newsfeatures 2 months ago. He had originally stated to allow 2 weeks but it turned into 2 months....

Our ID number on the complaint was [redacted] and dated 5/1/20014. Thank you for your assistance in helping us resolve this matter. [redacted] [redacted]

The issue is not resolved. The original order was for a total of 12 books for $29.99, not 10 books.  I only received 6 books in the package, and then he had the audacity to lie to me and say another box was shipped, even though he could not provide a separate tracking number for this box, and the package that was delivered was the only box, as  the UPS stated on their tracking information.  So I am at least owed another $5.00, especially since I did not receive the books I was really looking forward to reading. This issue will not be resolved until I get the rest of the money I am owed.
