retract her complaint on August 14th
ACK spent many hours and expenses trying to satisfy Mrs*** (as you can tell from her statement above)While there were some initial issues with the cabinet finish, ACK resolved every issue to 100%As we resolved one area, the customer would take out a magnifying glass to try and identify othersIf a dent can't be seen with naked eye, it is not reason for new cabinetThere are some customer who enjoy the drama and will never be satisfied
Regarding her refrigerator dent made by professional refinisher (that we hired at considerable expense) - the technician 100% denies he made the dent and Mrs*** even signed a statement when he left that she was satisfied with his workDays later she made the claims of the dent????
ACK has been in business for years and has NEVER had a complaint from a customer (that bought our cabinets)Our reputation is very important to us and referrals are the way we grow our businessMrs*** has a online history of making complaints and I feel is using online reviews to extort money from service providers
The $was not worth the risk of our reputation and is only reason we agreed to payI suggest Revdex.com limit Mrs*** future ability to use your service to abuse business owners

Hi,
I just received an email stating that I was dissatisfied with the resolutionThat is NOT the caseI spoke to someone the week before last to let them know that the case was closed and we came to a resolutionShe said she would take care of it, but now it is showing up on the website that we were not satisfiedI made an agreement with the business that I would remove all negative reviews/complaints, so I need that changed to show that we did resolve the issue to satisfactionThere seems to be an error with the link below as I did click on it and say that I was satisfied and the complaint was resolved, but no page confirmation ever came up - you should look into that as it seems to be a system error
Please update the information as soon as possible

The $890 was not worth the risk of our reputation and is only reason we agreed to pay. I suggest Revdex.com limit Mrs. [redacted] future ability to use your service to abuse business owners.
