On March 16, 2016, I ordered and paid for a headstone for my mother's plot who is buried at [redacted] in Linden New Jersey After a few conversations with [redacted] I was informed that necessary paperwork was needed to be completed by me for start the process and the work would have to be approved by the cemetery before starting the installation However, after several attempts to contact prestigestone via my cell phone I was constantly being hung up on and when I called from different phone numbers they would answer the phone I was given the same answer "Paul is not in the office and I will give him your message when he returns"I called again on June 14, the 5th Anniversary of my mother's death to see if the job was done I left yet again another message for a call back to confirm when the job will be at least completed and now it is July 1st, and l have not had any feedback
On 12/28/ we gave for our Mother's headstone.On 1/31/the permit application was filed to *** *** *** *** *** *** ** ***On 04/03/ the application was approvedOn 6/07/the sketch of the headstone was approved by usWe paid the balance of totaling As of this date we still haven't received the headstone after numerous phone calls and we are attempting to finalize the delivery to the cemetery..the month delivery contract has expired as of September And still no product ..Have spoken to Paul numerous times and his Mother Paula ..today 10/26/we were told it will be delivered by 10/31/18..weather permittingWe shall see
On December 23, I engaged Prestige Stone to provide headstones for my mother and my sister, who died months apart in January of I have had much difficulty in getting them to reply to my inquiries about progress on my order Per the terms of the contract, I paid Prestige 50% of the contracted price ($1,750)
Here are the dates of recent phone and email contacts I made to Prestige with no replies from them: 8/17, 9/18, 9/19, 9/10/22, 10/23, 10/31, 11/ There is not room on this form for a full accounting of the details of each contact I made to Prestige Perhaps there is another method of forwarding the email string to Revdex.com
We paid in full for headstone in September We were told that it would take about months for the etching to be put on and installation of stoneThey indicated that they were trying to get their customer’s stones installed before the winterI called in November and was told told we were on the schedule for December I called in December and was told that the “artist” who does the etching is backed up, but they had us on the schedule for January They told us they still had time as their grace period hadn’t yet expired I called on 1/18/and was told that the weather is working against themWe’ve only had days of snowI asked if the etching was done, but could not get a straight answerI indicated that the deseased Birthday is approaching in February and I expected the stone to be erected by thenAgain, I did not get a straight answerIt has been past business days since we paid in full and we did not get the product as promised
