It seems that every to years we find ourselves trying to communicate with our Amish Craftsmen and things do not go as we would like We ordered liincoln chairs to go with the set sold off of the floor We did receive the chairs after months (which is expected) but they were stained darker than set sold off of floor Customer was told that they could use these chairs until others were ordered and received as it would take 10-weeks to receive new ones stained to match set off of the floor We reordered the chairs and were told several times they were on the way and we passed that information on to customer----we are still waiting for the correct order to come in If the customer would like a refund on the deposit that is always available to them I do not blame them for being upset with us, as I am not happy with this situation as well If the chairs are not here by June 26th I will refund deposit with 10% interest added to it.***Owner

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.On June 16 the store notified me that the chairs were received by the store. I will pick them up as soon as I can. I appreciate their response and the assistance of Revdex.com.
