Revdex.com spoke to Brittany at business and the following was relayed: The $dollars was for a side that was being added where originally it was openThe original invoice did not have pricing available yet and was designated To Be Determined until prices were knownThey were then addedThe customer did sign this on April 24,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowFirst off, we did not receive any discounts or free services If she means delivering the handle to our house and attaching it to the vanity for us days later (not the next day as Brittany states) as being free services, this is incorrect as this should've already been done at the time of pick up Also, the attached invoice Brittany shows us owing a grand total of $ If this is the invoice she's going by then we overpaid by $as we paid a grand total of $ Either going by her invoice or our copy of the contract we overpaid as you can see I feel it's not right to adjust the contract after we already signed it charging us more after the fact As far as timeframe, the fact of the matter is you said our order would be done in weeks, and it took nearly times this longThere was virtually no communication or updates from you during this time It was always us having to call to check on our order status and we always got the run around or very vague answers If the business will not give us a partial refund for all our troubles we will no longer be doing business with them and let others know of the terrible experience we had with them.
Regards,

This message is in response to the complaint ID [redacted]. [redacted] and his wife came in on 4/24/2017. The customers wanted to proceed with a bathroom vanity order in addition to two floating shelves. They placed the order the same day, placing a deposit of $330.00. When a timeframe was...

discussed, they stated they weren’t doing their remodel until late July/ August (as notated on their customer sheet). I had told them an estimated time for build (3 weeks), but that the project is based upon other jobs that are at our shop (this tends to be about 6 weeks). They were in no rush as they were not starting their project yet and a decisive deadline was never determined by the customer based upon this discussion. We built the vanity and the shelves within the timeframe of 5 weeks and had notified the customer that the items were ready for either delivery or pickup. The customer was going to see if they could come that day to pick up the items, but they never returned a call to us on if they were going to be coming. A week passed with the items sitting in our showroom before the customers came to the showroom to pick up the items without notice. I helped the customers load everything into their vehicle and they paid their remaining balance. There was a mistype on the amount deposited, which the customer notified me of (we would have reimbursed the customer any overage as our system would catch it upon entry) and I adjusted on the spot. The customers were aware that due to the handle not being available in the finish they wanted, the vanity did not have that hardware piece installed. I told them that once we received the piece of hardware I would mail it to them directly. A week later [redacted]’s wife had called asking about the piece of hardware. The item was on backorder and had not been sent to us by this day. She had also asked if we could install the piece or if her husband had to. I told her that I could have a contractor come to her home to install the piece of hardware if they did not feel comfortable installing the knob themselves. She stated she was going to ask her husband and get back to me. As of 7/5/2017, their hardware just came in the mail via UPS today, I called the customer to let them know that their hardware came in and that I can hand deliver the item to their home today. The customer was happy with this information and made no mention of their displeasure of our services. They also asked if they could have a contractor come out to install the piece of hardware, which I told them yes, we would be able to get someone out this Friday to install it for them free of charge. To my understanding of the customers wants, everything I am aware of is and was being addressed.
