I provided them printed information that countered their demands I was told Pennsylvania has different laws which is not true since the state is part of the union of the states of America I was aware a deposit for damage could be charged and return upon leaving the establishment If there is no damage I have evidence that can be faxed or mailed to Revdex.com for review

The guest checked in with dogs she stated were service animalsThe desk clerk asked for Some kind of proof they were indeed service animalsShe didn't prove they wereWe had no choice but to charge her the pet fee for each dog.The guest stated in her complaint to you that she was legally deaf
Please see enclosed paper.We as a pet friendly hotel which accommodates many guests with their dogsIf we cannot ask for proof of service animals than anyone can come in with their pets, state they are service animals and not pay the pet fee required for their stay.If she can send Something proving they are service animals we will gladly refund the pet fees.Thank you,jay S***
