*** I am really disappointed in Amish Distributing and would like to comment that this should not be a reflection on the Amish. Amish Traditions is a "middle man" distributor and from what I understand only coordinates with various Amish craftsmen

We’ve been in business for over years & have over 7,satisfied customers from all over theUnited States, many of whom have ordered four or five times over the yearsOf the thousands of orders & customers, less than voiced their negative feelings to usWhen a customer orders Amish
crafted furniture each piece is individually crafted to the customers requirementsWhen the customer ordered the custom baby furniture there was no guarantee of delivery by December 1st notedWe told her we would try for delivery by the first part of December but couldn’t guarantee itAs discussed with customer in mid December, *** *** *** anticipated having a full load to her area mid JanuaryThe first week in January the customer emailed us checking on her orderWe were able to speak with *** *** *** around 1-11-& they told us they could possibly deliver to customer 1-23-weekCustomer was given *** *** *** contact phone numberAccording to *** *** *** they informed her they couldn’t deliver 1-16-week but could possibly deliver 1-23-weekCustomer called us & was upset & wanted a refundOn 1-18-we emailed the customer that we would credit her credit card $In the meantime we received notification that customer had initiated a chargeback on the credit card she used & we were advised to go through the chargeback process that customer initiated & not to refund them in any other wayWe haven’t refused to refund her money, we’re just following the process initiated by the customerAmish Traditions DistInc

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint I* ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
They have not responded back to my Credit Company - they are ignoring them, at this time I am still waiting for a REFUND! And they are forgetting that the Moving Company stated they have not heard from them about any of my orders and could not state a delivery for a few months as they did not even have any of my information at ALL! they ignore my phone calls, and still have not issued me a refund

We received chargebacks & debits from our account. We've been advised that's the way the system works. We have no control over when the issuing bank credits the customers account.
