I received a note through my website that I needed to let her return her products or she would make a complaint I answered her and aske her to call me I told her I was sorry that she was unhappy with the products and she could return them for the full purchase price but there is no shipping refunded That is stated in my return policy on the website I tried to explain to her that what she purchased was three pieces of reclaimed barnwood(those pieces were from a year old Amish barn) We never know what color of barnwood we will have and in the description it states the colors will very Many times there will be hints of red, black or green in the wood, depending on the color of the barn and how long it stood The white reclaimed barnwood looks like it has blue or grey through the wood Many times there is still pieces of the paint on them There are never two peices just the same I purchased items from your website, the dimensions were not as specifiedAlso the outdoor bench I ordered is in pieces with no instructions on how to put togetherAlso the finish is not as shown on the website eitherPlease contact me at ###-###-####, I am sadly disappointed This was her complaint The dimensions are correct, the website states there are some assembly required(the item was put together totaly Then the Amishcraftsmen backs the screws out to save the buyer on the shipping cost, I explained to her all she need to do was line the hole up and tighten the screws I even offered to have the Amish family get in touch with her to explain how to place the pieces to fit She can return the three pieces and we will give her, her money backbut the only time we pay the shipping back is when an item is damaged in freight, Since the items stated colors would vary, I feel she should have been responsible enough to contact us before she placed her order.Thank YouFranAmishcrossroads.com

As I have stated before, this business did not accurately represent their merchandise in their on line ads LOOK AT THE PICTURES I PROVIDED!!! IS THIS EVEN AMISH FURNITURE??? IT CAME NOT EVEN LOOKING ANYTHING LIKE WHAT THE PICTURES PROVIDED ONLINE LOOKED LIKE!!! ADVERTISING< BAIT AND SWITCH FROM THE ADS ONLINE> If you cannot see from the pictures I provided what I am talking about then I must be BLIND This "furniture" is so ugly I do not want it in my home!!!!!! She can work it out with Discover, that is the credit card I used to purchase this garbage I WILL NOT PAY TO SEND THIS BACK< IT NEEDS TO BE THROWN AWAY!!!!! All I can say is this is a consumers nightmare, and if the Revdex.com isn't going to do anything about it, then the consumer LOOSES BIG TIME!!!!!I FEEL RIPPED OFF

I am not saying that anything is her fault, but the description does say that the color will vary If she wanted to know anything about what color was available, she could have called or email She tried to convince me that there was an option to choose a whitewash color, She had no way of knowing that the site was owned by me and I have no employees but me and the Amish family that produces all of my products I assure you there isn't an Amish woodcrafter that makes "trash, or junk" or whatever she want to call it I am will to take the items back according to my return policy, which is no shipping is refunded I have owned this website for years and I have never had a complaint on any of the barnwood items not looking like the picture, because that is the reason people want the reclaimed barnwood, they have a one-of-a-kind product and there is never two exactly the same I do hate it that *** is unhappy with her purchase, but I have to stand by my return pollicy, which has been the same since the site opened in 2010. We have been over and over this.  I am not responsible for inaccurate photos posted on their website depicting their merchandise.  Their photos are totally inaccurate, and don't look ANYTHING like their actual merchandise.  I am just a consumer expecting to get exactly what I paid for.  Is that too much to ask???  Its like going to a restaurant for chicken and getting possum.  I am disgusted with the merchandise, and with this whole experience which I will be leaving a review for others to see, pictures and all.  Apparently they don't care, bottom line.  Its businesses like yours that give the internet a bad name, I have been cheated and this business is dishonest.
