I am rejecting this response because:
There were three individuals who were all giving their input into the situation, when I returned with the money to payoff the note I confirmed with them what it was I was to bring in and by then there was only one girl helping me and she agreed to our conversation, which is what I proceeded to bring in on the next day when again the original three were there again and they proceeded to inform me of different documentation they neededI was irritated that they could not get on the same wave length, but never was I obscene or disrespectful in front of other customers, that is just a bold full lieI was upset that they tricked me into payoff my note with the expectation of getting the title when they never had the intention of doing it in the first placeThey try to make it sound like they were never rude or that they never lied and instead try to make the customer to be the bad person, when it was them the caused this situationI had paid off the note and required my property returned to me upon completion of said contract, and not be put off on some internal policy that they never made customers aware of, that is what it boils down toNo where do they have it posted this requirements making customers aware of said policyThat is just not rightThat I acted out is not true, was I upset yes I was, did I respond to their raised voices to me yes I did, but never did I yell or curse at them, that is not meWhen I went in there were no customers just a lady selling them some costume jewelry, it was when I was walking out stressing to them that I was going to put a complaint on them that a customer was walking in, again they lie that there were customers in the business
So, I hope you look beyond their trickery of trying to make the customer to be the bad one here, and look at their way of doing businessTheir arrogance of thinking they can treat customer like dirt because they have a hold on their propertyBasically holding the customer hostage to their policies they create after the fact

The customer called our office stating she needed a copy of her vehicle title for insurance reasons we told customer to come in and we would gladly give her a copy for her insuranceThe customer later came in to tell us her vehicle was in a collision that was the reason to needing the title we explained to her that the insurance is to get a hold of us to make a settlement on paying off the account then we would hand over the title to the proper personThe customer then began to get anxious and demanded the titlewe then explained to the customer we could give her the title if the account is paid off in full and in cash but due to her last payment being made with a check (third party) we would have to wait days for the check to clearOur inter office policy on checks written to us for payment Is we have to allow days to pass to give the check time to clear the customers account and to hit our account if It Is going to be paid/returnedWe then told customer to help her expedite the process due to her collision and needing the title we would void the day wait with proper notification from the financial institution on the check being cleared such as a copy of the bank statement and the image of the checkWe also called our financial institution to help and asked if the check had cleared we were told by a representative that this customer had several checks returned thru then, and to seek additional proof of check clearingThere for we still insisted that customer bring in the statement and the check image she agreed to bring it in however, she returned only with the image we told her we would be unable to release the title with just the check image we needed the statement as wellThe customer then began to get irate and threaten us using inappropriate language In front of other customers, We simply told the customer we are sorry for the inconvenience but needed that statement in order to give her the title to show us that check has been paid out otherwise on the 8' day of May her vehicle title would be released with no problem we would simply need proper identification such as a valid driver's license or ID
