Our years old heater was stuck at running degrees all the time even when I put it up to degrees So before we purchased a new heater, we wanted to see if cleaning the duct would help with the air flow We cleaned the air duct about to years ago, so it was about time Ian and Jacob came out and cleaned the air duct They told me last duct cleaners didn't clean out all the stuff out so there was a lot of debris After Ian and Jacob got done with cleaning, the heater went right up to degrees and held it there I was glad I have a little more time until I have to buy a new heater

Jackie and George did a fantastic job, and they were friendly and They cleaned the ducts in our fthome in just over two hoursThe company was very responsive when we set up the appointment; very easy to reach someone on the phoneThey arrived promptly the very next morning, explained the process very clearly, and explained again when they were done It turned out that the ducts were in worse shape than most, and that they had only been superficially cleaned in the past century of the house's existenceAll sorts of things turned up, and Jackie went above and beyond to make far more holes than anticipatedDespite this, we were only charged the quoted price A few minor issues: we were not sent the before and after photos that were promisedWe have now contacted the company and they said they would send themAll floors were swept and in very good shape, but there was some dust and dirt left on surfaces in the basement In all, though, the quality of the service was excellent, and the tools and materials seemed very effective

Team was efficient and cleaned up well when done However: They left several heating ducts closed, They accidentally set the water heater to heat while working on the air filter, and I would have liked them to update me on their progress half way through the job

I've used this company before and will continue to do so. When I called the office to schedule the person was very professional over the phone and polite. I was called the day before by Julie to confirm appointment and confirm time. Julie called again in the morning to give me an update on when they would arrive to clean the dryer vent. Kyle and Tyler were prompt, polite and professional. I was happy that they put on footies to protect the outside elements coming inside on my wood floors. Kyle explained exactly what would be done. I offered to show they where the vent exited outside but they did everything so that I would not have to go outside into the cold. Very considerate. They finished the job in a timely manner. Put the dryer back neatly as if they were never even here. In the end Kyle let me know that there was a savings this month for this service and applied it to my bill. I was very impressed. Great company and employees.
