I don't usually write reviews on Yelp but there's not a way to file a formal complaint and I am being denied to speak to a supervisor, this is the best way to let other customers know to stay a way from this company AT ALL COST. So today 4-22-2022 my patient had an appointment and was brought to the wrong location and we had to walk a long way to get to the correct location and they of course went to pick up the patient at the wrong location and the driver was told where to go get the patient.
((I NEVER CALL FOR THE PICK UP obviously the patient was not done yet and the patients's facility did not request a pick up because the facility did not know when the patient would be done))
and The patient was not done yet so when we finished we went to wait where we were supposed to be pick up at and no one was there, so I called at 10:20Am to inform that we were waiting and where the driver needed to come because I was told the driver was there already and of course I didn't want them to be waiting on us when we were ready to leave. I was told "they should be there in 30 minutes" I inform the person on the that I was told the driver was here already they just needed to come to the right location and the Representative said ok I'll call and let them know. And we hung up. At 10:50Am I noticed no one show I called again and voice my concerns about the delay as to what happened and asked where is the driver because they were here already and the woman on the phone said " they are coming in 30 minutes and the other previous driver was not our driver" so then I said ok. We both hung up. Now at 11:20Am I called back and a man pick up the phone and I explained what happened and told him we were waiting for 1 hour and no one is here yet and I was rudely interrupted and he stopped to yell at me and said " the driver was there already they told them it wasn't the right one and he had to go to another location and you keep calling here and now you are saying it's been 1 hour it has not been 1 hour stop being a fking liar just fking wait and bye' ... hung up" I didn't get to say one word before he hung and the patient heard of all that. I tried to call the facility where the patient was supposed to go have call AMITY SHUTTLE but they couldn't them. Then around 11:35Am there's still no driver I tried to call AMITY SHUTTLE and the phone was answered and hung. I didn't call again I just wait until we got picked up and file a complaint to the patient facility and they will file a formal complaint with company.
