I order a security system from [redacted] but my order didn't go through because my bank card but a stop on the orderSo I got approved the order but said it was out of stock so I found a similar but more expensive and was processed by third party company name [redacted] I received email from [redacted] confirming order was shipped and [redacted] and I checked after hrs and kept getting unable to locate tracking numberI was worried that I didn't know when package was arrivingThen the next couple of days I received a package from [redacted] , I opened and was the security system but I ordered through [redacted] I checked on [redacted] and they had the same system but it was cheaperI paid $on [redacted] and in [redacted] was $ [redacted] charged me $and went around and they ordered from [redacted] for less and made $ I have [redacted] and I could it buy myselfThis is a dishonest company, lied about shipping and called numerous time and didn't get answer Now reading other reviews I see others had similar or worst! Company like this with saveral names shouldn't be on businessI even got [redacted] receipt on the package and not from ***.They are scamming peopleNow I have to look at third party companies before placing an order

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] My issue with their original request to ship back was that they were asking me to send the package to a different address/person then who I ordered it from and who I received it fromTheir response to me was "Kindly send the wrong item back on the given address so that we will arrange a refund once it reach our warehouse and do send us the return tracking number for [redacted] ." This response says "our warehouse"However, they asked me to send the package to " [redacted] ***" I sent the package this morning through *** to the [redacted] , Ohio address per their requestTracking ( [redacted] ) and insured the package per their request (receipt attached)I am emailing them a copy of the tracking and charges I will close this complaint once I have received a refund for the package and charges for postal chargesP.SFor your information in the original complaint that I filed with you I stated the charges for the item were $That was not the correct amountThe amount I paid for this game was $I can forward the information from [redacted] if needed Regards, [redacted]
