I am rejecting this response because: The business doesn't communicate with us, their workmanship is unacceptable, business is not licensed, they damaged our health, put our lives in danger by not finished electrical and plumbingAlso the following is not done but paid for: demolition, framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, tile work, window installation. Me and my year old husband live in that house, which is not SAFEThe business neglected the construction an, took financial advantage etc. I filed complaint with State of Hawaii, Regulated Complaint Office, in hope tat the State can help us in that desperate situation

I am rejecting this response because: The contract amount was $95,000.00. I paid over $100,000.00. The work is not done. No electricity, functional bathroom in the whole house. The waste water line is connected to the drinking water line. The drinking water is contaminated. After rain huge amount of water accumulates on the 1st floor due to not waterproofing the wall where the waste water line is going out from the house. The walls, floor, are ruined by water etc.
