info and contracts to all people involved with the fencing project.
The complainant emailed us regarding an issue he had with his fence stain. The issue was due to the shrinkage of the fence boards. When the boards shrunk, it revealed a small strip of fence not stained due to the board overlap. I responded to all of the complainant's emails within 24 hours. I offered to meet with him to discuss his issues to come up with a resolution. My email to the complainant written 3 days prior to his complaint is requesting a time to walk the project with him to resolve the issues. This was my second email requesting a time to meet with the complainant to walk the project. After his complaint, I emailed the complainant again in an attempt to schedule an appointment to walk his project (we need to walk the job to discuss the issues and see what is needed to repair the fence). Finally, the complainant allowed me to walk the job, while he was at work, to see the issues. I sent a crew back 4 days later to resolve the issues. The issues were resolved.
