I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI would also like to add that I was told by the township clerk that they tried to get the payment a number of times over years and were not able to get any response from the contractorThis may or may not be true, but this is what I was told. I also have to add that the township did not contact me at all over the last years with this issue until lately

Review: Ammi Construction LLC was hired to put a roof on my house. In their quotation they included the cost of permit for the work to be obtained from the Township of [redacted]. They applied for the permit, but did not receive it nor paid for it. I paid in full when the work was completed. Township is trying for 5 years to collect $105.00. The contractor is not responding to calls or letters. Township is threatening me with a $2000 fine if I don't pay. The work was completed in March/April of 2010 at [redacted], [redacted], [redacted]. Township reference number is [redacted]Desired Settlement: AMMI Construction LLC must pay $105.00 for the permit.
