Hello Mr***I appreciate your patience in this matterThe maker of the product that Mr*** ordered could not keep up with the demand for the productWe had an order placed for the product when we sold the product to Mr***, we had been informed that the product would be available to
us by mid NovemberThat did not occur unfortunatelyWhen the product had not arrived by the end of the month Mr*** requested a refund, which we issued to him through our credit card processor.(attached ***doc1). Their was a technical issue with the credit being issued to Mr***Mr*** contacted us again late December early January and we requested that credit card processor investigate the issueThey informed us that their was a technical issue so the refund was not properly refunded to Mr*** although their documentation to us showed that it had (***doc1)We responded to Mr*** Revdex.com complaint by email informing him that we would be issuing him a refund check and included a image of the check(*** docand forwarded email)We have included Mr*** signature on back of check(***doc3)We also have included the bank report showing Mr*** cashed the check on January 31(***doc4)We were unaware that Mr*** did not receive his refund until the Revdex.com complaint and the credit card processor investigated and found the errorWe rely on the information provided to us by the credit card processor which is usually correct but was not in this rare circumstanceWe have also included a credit card report showing that Mr*** filed a credit card chargeback and was also issued an additional $dollars against our account(***doc5)That credit would have been issued to Mr*** before January the day he cashed the refund check we sent himSo at this point Mr*** now has refunds totaling $If you would like you can contact us at ###-###-#### between the hours of 3-7pm T-F or at this email address.We have included a image of the statement we were given to show that a refund was issued, and until the credit card processor had finished doing their research showed that there was an error occurred downstream in their system that caused it to not go fully throughWe apologize for the error, we have included an image of the certified check that we have sent to you as a refund at the previously approved addressAgain we apologize for the error.Team Ammo & Gear LLC
