Ammo Brothers - Cerritos

This complaint is in reference to an order # *** placed on 6/2/2020, for which assistance from any source within the company is non existent.
I made a firearm purchase through this businesses website on 6/2/2020, and immediately emailed the business with questions about concerns that came up shortly after the purchase. In total two emails went out to this business on 6/2/2020 with questions that I had. I never received a response, so I then emailed them again on 6/3/2020. I did not receive one response to any of the emails that I sent, so I drove to the Company's Ontario location which is where my online order was to be shipped, for assistance. Upon arrival, I informed a women behind the counter closest to the locations entry gate, that I was there for assistance with an online order because I had been unsuccessful in getting in contact with someone from the companies internet sales dept. and the women immediately turned me away. Not only was I not allowed to enter the store to speak more directly with the women, she left me standing behind their security gate and stated that they could not assist with any online order questions and that I had to email them to the same email I had already used. I let some time go by awaiting a reply to my earlier emails, when I didn't receive one, I went to the company's website on 6/11/2020 (9) days after the original purchase date and original emails, and requested a chat with live support. Unfortunately that system did not have a live customer service rep available and so I entered my contact info and referenced my order number. I immediately received an email with confirmation that a service had been created and I awaited a reply. Once again no reply came via live chat support, until 6/14/2020 via a generic email from the businesses automated system stating that my ticket was "now solved" (per the businesses system) and my order was ready for pick up. I then waited another 5 days, to see if I would finally hear back from the company's internet sales dept., since I did not, I created another service ticket on 6/19/2020 via the businesses w ebsites live chat support. As of today, I have not heard from anyone with the company about my order, and thus the reason I am filing this complaint.

They do not answer their phone or respond to messages.
On June 2nd I bought two boxes of 357 ammo. I understood the background check would take about a week which would have to be completed before I can pick up my ammo. After two weeks I tried calling Ammo Brothers but they never answered their phone. Saturday 20 June, 2020 I called and let the phone ring for 40 minutes; no answer or voice mail. Yesterday I let the phone ring for 1 hour and 10 minutes. No answer or voice mail. Today I called again and let the phone ring for 30 minutes and still no answer or voice mail. Each day I also sent messages via Facebook messenger and never got a reply. Today it has been three weeks and one day since I made the purchase.
Their customer service sucks big time.

I purchased a C22LR Cobra Derringer Handgun in May of 2019 from Ammo Bros. I started the Layaway plan on the purchase date of May 13, 2019. I picked up the Handgun on July 16, 2019. I contacted Ammo Bros. during the second week of August after the attempt to use the handgun for the first time. The handgun was faulty and would not fire. I contacted Ammo Bros. Via telephone and they told me to bring the handgun back to them which I did to try resolve the issue. The handgun was unable to be fixed, so the sales person who was helping me (***) told me the gun would need to be shipped back to Cobra Enterprises for repair or replacement. I took the gun back to Ammo Bros. for them to ship it back to Cobra on 8/31/2019. I waited several weeks for a response from Ammo Bros. to let me know the status of the return of the handgun. I constantly got put off by them telling me the person who helped me (***) wasn't working on certain days and no one else could help me. Once I did get in contact with ***, he told me they didn't have anything to do with it and it was on Cobra enterprises. *** told me he contacted Cobra and they told him the handgun would be shipped out the following week. I've been told this same story whenever I call him or ask him to find out the status. It has been going 6 months since they've had the handgun in their possession and I have no idea where it is or what's going on. I don't feel comfortable have a weapon out there somewhere registered in my name not knowing where it is. I asked Ammo Bros. to just refund my money, but they told me No. I no longer have the desire to deal with Ammo Bros. or Cobra Enterprises and would just like my money back for what I paid for ($211.14)
