we have an appointment for an estimate for roof repair, and Mr Ortiz, never show up or call us. we are very disappointment. for wasted our time. we never call this company again.

Angel [redacted] at AMO Exterior Remodeling, LLC, was hired by my Association to repair a section of the roof that was leaking down into one of the condos in our building. After a couple of missed appointments, he finally showed up and mode the repairs. These repairs, at a cost of $930, were supposed to stop the leak by using a special material that was applied. After two months, the roof began to leak again at the same location. Attempts to contact Angel at AMO have been unsuccessful, as he will not respond to emails or phone calls. In the meantime I still have a leak that needs to be repaired. I am speaking with my attorney to file a claim for damages from AMO, as the work is inferior and did not fix the leak problem. I also now have to hire another roofer to get the leak fixed. Angel seems to have a habit of not showing or calling, but also not providing adequate roofing, or guaranteeing his work either.
