Customer got refund.Please close that case

Originally the service that costumer requested and purchased was for battery replacement for the total price of $24.99 +TAX. In addition service of water pressure sealing was offered for 79.99 it tax (the service includes 3 new gaskets, fully reseal and re-glue of crystal and silicon... placement in key points of the watch as well as special machine testing and removal of extra air inside watch so it does not leak). The service was declined and refused. Upon return of the watch the costumer he was informedthat the water resistance and re-pressure service was never purchased and that we cannot take a responsibility for watch leaking specially not knowing what conditions watch was subject to. For example: Shower, Swimming or simple submersion under water. Any situations and much more could of happened that is not and out of control of Kensington Watch repair. After this explanation costumer requested additional service that required more then 5 hours of labor and special material that had to beordered. As polite as possible costumer was explained that we will perform all his request that he want done to the watch for no see except the purchase of additional replacement parts and shop materials.Also costumer was explained that we need time to order supplies and then time for work or watch and performing tests. Costumer was explained that the service will take anywhere from 3 to 5 weeks or is it is done sooner or we need extra time we will call or try to get in touch with them. After 2 days and for the time that the watch was in the shop we received a total of 167 phone calls and about 12 messages were left with rude and nasty words as well as resist slang and remarks. After costumer received watch we contacted him in 7 days just to make sure that the problem was solved. No return phone call wasreceived. Today May 11, 2015 I received the letter from you and responding to it.

claims the chimes on my clock were not working when I called for my clock to be oiled In fact the chimes were in perfect working order until the technician improperly removed the clock weights and caused the weight cables to become tangled The service slip noting the chimes were not working was written up AFTER the technician tried to repair the chimes but could not The business claim that the chimes were not working when the technician arrived is a lie

This customer brought this watch for an estimate on repairWe gave him a free estimate, and returned the watch to him in the same conditionHe took the watchto another shop to be repaired insteadhe took the watch including the back with him, as he stated aboveWhat ever he did with it after we
returned it is not our responsibilityAfter picking up the watch, he emailed us stating that he took the watch to a different shop which gave him an estimate of $550, and tried to have us drop our priceIn the e-mail (after we returned the watch to him) he included pictures that he sent to the other shop of him handing the watchAgain, we returned the watch to him with the back, and whatever he did with it after that is not our responsibility

Customer got refund.Please close that case.

We followed the customers request to replace the band.  The customer paid the bill and left the store satisfied.  We cannot speak or be responsible for whatever happened to the watch after that.

I am rejecting this response because:They are the only person who opened the watch When we took the watch to drop of at the other jewelry store 
The back cover is missing. It's impossible to lose the back plate Because they gave it back lose. As they were expecting to start the work He needs to look at the security camera & realize that Yarkov didn't fully tighten it 
Otherwise the cover would have not fallenIt's a hard process to get the cover offThey are responsible I'm offering them to settle now for $600 or I'll for sure sue them
