Amoco Station

On May 21, 2024, at around 1:30pm , the manager rang me up a Cash 5 EZ Match, and I won $3 and a free ticket, he failed to give me back the EZ ticket after he gave me my winnings off the ticket because you also have a ticket for that night to come out. I came right back to the store and another cashier said he was gone and he don't know anything about the ticket. I hear stories about this store all the time how they keep customers lottery tickets and lie and say don't know anything.(see ez match ticket I won) I respect everyone and am a honest person. This leaves a bad taste for this store, I will not go back to this store anymore and will tell all my family and friends to not shop there. People tell me all the time people like them are not honest people anyway when they come from foreign countries and I refuse to believe them because of my faith and beliefs but I see why people can say these things.

Another incident: On May 14, 2024 at 9:10pm my boyfriend was buying (2) pepsi for $4 (see pictures) manager rang up (2) for $5, my boyfriend showed him the advertised sign and he said oh no that's not right. The laws in this country is that you have to give the customer the price you are advertising. he went on and paid anyway and said he will never go back there again. We work and live in the neighborhood and we have shared a lot of stories regarding this store ripping off people in the neighborhood and at work.
