I understand the frustration of the customer, but to recall on the exact situation, the tow company is not capable of releasing the car without the correct paperwork from the owner and the police departmentThe owner is capable of retrieving the car if both sets of paper work are correct and given at the time of retrievalI am a tow company that is open days a weekI offer convenient hours of operation for the customerIn this circumstance, the police did NOT have the paperwork for the vehicle to be picked up until Monday morning when it was sent over when the customer came to pick up the vehiclesHe was then charged regular ROTO rates based on the property clerk not being in to give the correct paperworkNot only that, but this customer never even called on Saturday or Sunday to retrieve the vehiclesHe was told at the time of tow that we were closed for the night since it was 7pm on a FridayPlease contact me at [redacted] for any further concerns.? I did call the business on a Friday and on Saturday When my car was towed the business told me that they were not open and were already closed, so I could not pick up my car On Saturday, I called and spoke to a woman who told me I could not pick up my car on Sator Sun Also, 52nd pcttold me I did not need any paperwork to retrieve my car, just my title and other documentation that showed I owned the car The business is unfair for charging me for storage for the days I was unable to pick up my car There high fees made me unable to take out all three cars on the first opportunity I could to take out the cars I was forced to take out a loan to take out my third car on Friday I believe that I was overcharged close to dollars.
