I've been out of town and recently got this letter.It's dated from 12/6/2016I just now received it so this will be past the days noted on the letter.I do not understand why *** would send in a complaint as her consignment ended in October the 19th and she was contacted by one of my
employees week before her consignment was to expire in October She also signed our contract stating it is her responsibility to pick up items after the consignment ended as items not picked up within week of the consignment expiring will be donated or clearanced out We give the consignee week notice prior to the expiring of the consignment contract, after it expires they have week to pick up items that have expired After this time we donate the items and any money due is issued in Store Credit as written in our Consignment contractWe have a lot of Consignments so as we state in our contract we will not look for you to get your expired items picked up, this is up to the consignee to do I have two managers and neither were aware of this issues and I wasn't either as stated above the consignee is always given notice prior to consignment ending However this complaint comes about months after her contract expired All emails and most calls come directly to me so I wouldn't of overlooked multiple messages from a customer We pride ourselves in customer service and this is why we call and notify them when contracts are over and then hold for week other places do not do this, we go a extra step so I'm not sure what else she expected Like stated above it has been over months and per our contract she had into the middle of October to pick up Her contract started on 08/04/and ended 10/19/2016Please let me know what the next step it to fix this.Thank You,*** Owner

I am rejecting this response because:I am well aware of the terms of the contract I signed with the storeAs noted in my initial complaint, I tried multiple times in the last several months to contact the store so I could abide by those termsIf someone had just responded in some way, this could have been avoided.Since I left my items and signed the contract, I have tried to contact the store repeatedly. My first return visit to the store on a Tuesday informed me of the change in hoursOn two visits during posted hours, the store was locked No one has called me back in response to my voice messages or returned my emails While it is certainly possible that a message could have gotten missed or lost somehow on both ends, the number of attempts I made cannot be dismissed Maria was so nice when I met her that I never expected to be ignored this way I even tried reaching them through the Contact Us link on their website and got no response.The reason I started trying to contact them around months ago is that I knew the original consignment period was endingI wanted to know what was unsold and to decide when to retrieve the remainderI was going to be away a great deal in October so I needed to plan ahead Because my contact attempts were ignored, it was impossible to schedule my pick-up. Most recently, I attempted again to get in touch with the store by visiting personally and no one was there during posted business hours I called while in front of the store and left yet another message asking them to call me as soon as possible When they did not return my call after several days, I finally decided to contact the Revdex.comI have attached a raw message of one of the emails I sent to the store.I would like an itemization of which items were sold, and if the total of my share is $or more, I would like a check mailed to me (as stated in the contract). If the store has already donated the unsold items, I would like a copy of the receipt showing what was donated.
