Amore Builders and his manager Thomas F., admitted he should not keep my deposit but does not want to return depositt until he is forced to by my credit card disputeIf he wants to close the dispute he has to return my money first-his request to me close the dispute without receiving money make no senseThis is another attempt to scam a customer as he did so many times-please see his online reviews from other peoples

Thomas at business and the following was relayed: I did contact the company to retract the dispute, I am unable to as it would have to be done by the consumerThe consumer was sent the information to do so and does not want to retract the disputeAt this time we will await the decision of the dispute and if it is in my favor I will refund the consumer, otherwise if he wins the dispute he will have the refund back that way
