Carpet,pad, installation for there rental unit for $1453.38 paid for on a credit card in full. When I measured the carpet area they asked me to look at the damaged tile in there kitchen upstairs and upon inspection I said I would help them by replaceing the tile. My intention was to replace the tile when we were there installing the carpet in the other unit. Customer [redacted] weeks after signing a carpet contract rescinded and cancelled the credit card payment well beyond the 3day period without reason, I allowed the return and was still willing to change out the tile for them. On the day the tile was scheduled to be done , my installer was sick and I phoned and Spoke with [redacted] and informed him it would have to be another day and I apologize for any inconvenience. I feel Ive been more then fair with the [redacted]s to date. Im still willing to help them and replace the tile. Thank you Darrin A[redacted]
