Amore installed a kitchen floor years ago in and soon after replaced a few tiles due to a defect in one tileIndustry standard Installation warranty is one year Amore installation warranty is one yearOn 7/13/ customer [redacted] came in to Amore Floor and purchased Carpet,pad, installation for there rental unit for $paid for on a credit card in fullWhen I measured the carpet area they asked me to look at the damaged tile in there kitchen upstairs and upon inspection I said I would help them by replaceing the tileMy intention was to replace the tile when we were there installing the carpet in the other unitCustomer [redacted] weeks after signing a carpet contract rescinded and cancelled the credit card payment well beyond the 3day period without reason, I allowed the return and was still willing to change out the tile for themOn the day the tile was scheduled to be done , my installer was sick and I phoned and Spoke with [redacted] and informed him it would have to be another day and I apologize for any inconvenienceI feel Ive been more then fair with the [redacted] s to dateIm still willing to help them and replace the tile Thank you Darrin A***
