Amore Developments was hired by my condo corporation to complete a demolition and reconstruction for post tension cable repairs that had to be done within our units.
After weeks my unit was not completed and the work that was done was not acceptable.
Drywall was installed and the edges were not finished. Mudding was done in a half hazard manner and not sanded. The paper on the drywall was torn and painted over, leaving a fuzzy texture. When I complained more mud was smeared on, not finished and painted over.
The nosings of my laminate flooring was reinstalled with large nails and in one space a screw was used. Even after filler was used, the holes were clearly visible at a distance.
These issues aside, the reason I'm writing this review is that when working at my home Amore's staff left my front door not only unsecured but wide open for 3 to 5 hours.
In my personal experience, substandard finsihing work and poor workmanship. Would not recomend. We had to call in a new contractor to correct the work of Amore in my unit.
